1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rescroll Editor and Creator Studio (operated by HindiPremi), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the media (videos, audio, images) you upload and process through our tools. You agree NOT to upload content that is:

Illegal, violent, or promotes hate speech.
Infringing on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of others.
Explicitly adult or pornographic in nature.

We reserve the right to ban IP addresses or accounts that violate these terms or abuse our server resources.

3. Intellectual Property

The videos you create using your own raw media belong to you. However, the software, layout, codebase, and branding of Rescroll remain our exclusive intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rescroll provides these tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that videos will render without errors. In no event shall Rescroll or HindiPremi be liable for any data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of our platform.

5. Monetization and Dashboard

Participation in our creator earning program (via the HindiPremi Dashboard) is subject to community guidelines. Earnings from views, likes, and highlights are calculated based on our internal algorithms and can be adjusted at our discretion to prevent fraud.
